Managing Director
James is the founder and managing director of Radventure and stands as the key driver in its development.
He is a passionate mountain biker and avid advocate for utilising physical activity as a means for improved mental health and wellbeing.
James facilitates the creation and development of all Radventure tours ensuring each package has the perfect combination of adventure and Rad to make the experience one to remember every time.
Operationally, James is the key lead for all consultancy services and has worked with clients across several sectors including social enterprises, local authorities, and national governing bodies.
Lead Instructor
Aaron is one of the most brilliant minds in the business.
As a master of his trade, he runs Muckmedden Events Ltd. Having delivered world class events (oh don't take our word for it - EWS qualifiers included), operated mountain bike skills track sessions nationwide, and current chair and co-founder of the Tayside Trail Association, he is a wealth of knowledge in our industry.
Looking past his professional accolades, Aaron is a god on a bike! Undoubtedly one of the most talented mountain bikers out there and with a passion for showing the secrets his local trails has to offer, Aaron offers a unique experience to anyone who wants to go on an adventure.
